19 Lessons on Love..

  1. Always accept a man’s purpose and his work.

  2. If you want him to change, you do it through affirmations of love and support; you are not his therapist, life coach or revamped primary school teacher

  3. Listen to him and take his actions as a signal of his preexisting beliefs, not fluke of the moment feelings like us.

  4. You can never demand from him, only invite.

  5. The level of alingment you feel from him is based off how seen you feel, if he can’t recognize and see himself, he won’t be able to see you.

  6. Your feminine energy thrives off praise and words. (different to love languages) and the more verbal nourishment you receive from him, the more invited and safe you feel in your feminine around him.

  7. You can have a strong intuition and still not know everything, the universe always knows your highest plan and path of learning.

  8. Intentionally connecting with your heart on a daily basis with soothe and heal every wound and broken thing you think you have wrong with you.

  9. Closing your eyes and saying to yourself “and can I send love to that part” when anxiety or fear comes up is an insane gateway to inner child nourishing.

  10. If he won’t understand that you need him, you will always feel needy.

  11. If he doesnt trust his own leadership he won’t be able to conceive that you can.

  12. Your level of safety with him stems from how reliable he is.

  13. Knowing that you can rely on your man makes you feel 99% less needy.

  14. The want wouldn’t be there if it was being furfilled.

  15. There are no rules, only resonant truths.

  16. If you can do the inner work (digging up stuff that hurts) with your partner, than your relationship will be more resilient and healthier than the majority of the people around you.

  17. It will feel better for your heart to be loved as you are.

  18. You don’t need to do anything to be loved except for witnessing and feeling into your heart.

  19. If you play games at the start, it will be the only language you’ll know how to speak.
