Morning expression is the only medicine.

The most devastating reality for a women is one where cant speak.

We’re afraid of what to say.

We’re afraid of taking up too much room.

Our beautiful ancestors have been literally programmed to assess danger, in every moment in every environment because this guaranteed our safety and that our children would be safe, that we’d survive.

So, how do you think this translates to the 21st century?

Not that great.

All of a sudden, we’re living a completely different existence, stuck with the same pattern that kept us alive in caveman times but only causes pain.

We know that there’s no threat of death, but our nervous system doesn’t.

So when it comes to achieving our goals, pursuing the unknown and speaking our truth.

Our body has one answer.

And that is

No way, uh uh

Not because youre dumb or stupid but its how you’ve literally been programmed.

Notice how ive said programmed and not designed?

Because you have been programmed to avoid the unknown (death).

BUT

As a woman you have literally been designed for; expression.

Because, feminine energy is: being.

And in real life your level of happiness and well being DEPENDS on whether you can express yourself and be.

When you feel like you can express your truth, when you’ve learnt that it is safe to, you become; magnetic, aligned, creative, dynamic, connected to source and ALIVE.

All these words live at the core of who you are.

And im sure that when you read them, you feel it resonate.

But what happens if you find yourself in relationships and dynamics where you feel trapped, unexpressed and guarded.

Then you will lean more into the masculine space.

Of hyperfixation, control, dominance, structure and order.

You loose the relationship you have with your inner feminine.

Because she no longer feels free to exist and be.

She feels like she needs to be afraid.

This is all poetic and slightly confusing but there are only a few little things that you can do daily, to nourish your feminine energy and feel embodied, enrich your relationships and feel sexy lol.

They have nothing to do with lists and everything to do with energy.

I have been implementing these tips for the last 6 years and you only have to try ONE, to notice the difference.

And we know with Neuroscience, your brain just needs to see positive evidece of a new habitat to implement it.

So across the next week, you’re going to choose your medicine and take it, LIKE MEDICINE.

    put on your favourite song

    move my body until the song stops

    your goal is only to care about how it feels

  2. 5- MINUTE SCREAM QUEEN (for wanting to feel like you can say what you want and have better communication)

    go somewhere you feel relaxed

    get your fav pillow

    close your eyes

    scream into it

    feel your throat chakra ping out of the roof

    get comfortable and ok with making noise.

  3. 5-MINUTE SUN BASK (for feeling more connected to life, the greater plan and ease with your path forward)

    dont best in the morning

    as naked as possibe :)

    find grass

    close your eyes

    imagine yourself falling back into the centre of the earth

    feel as present you can to ALL the sensations that you’re feeling.

  1. 5-MINUTE MIRROR AFFIRMATIONS (for feeling more aligned in your best self, aligning to your dream life, opening to infitine possibilities

    Stand in front of a mirror

    Dont worry about saying specific lines or makign it make sense

    Rain praise on yourself like youre speaking to your best friend

    You must speak until your throat is dry

    Youre WELCOME

Right now, pick one.

Which ever one calls to you.

And decide in this moment that TOMORROW.

You’ll do it.

Commit to reintegrating your feminine energy back into your life.
